LeadLanding (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a customer relationship management (CRM) platform for service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — name, email address, business name, and password when you create an account.
• Customer data you enter — contacts, leads, notes, calendar events, quotes, and other records you or your team add to the platform.
• Communications — emails, text messages, and chat transcripts sent or received through the platform on your behalf.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and general analytics collected to improve the product.
• Payment information — billing details are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers ourselves.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the platform
• Send transactional communications (confirmations, receipts, alerts)
• Respond to support requests
• Improve and develop new features
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with third-party service providers who help us operate the platform (for example, hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery, and payment processing), each bound by their own privacy and security obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS, and the consent recorded alongside them, are used only to deliver the messages the recipient agreed to receive. No mobile information is sold, rented, or passed to any third party for their own marketing. The service providers described above process phone numbers solely to deliver messages on our behalf.

5. SMS Messaging

Where you give consent, we send SMS messages such as confirmation of an enquiry we have received, appointment confirmations and reminders, and occasional requests for a review. Consent is collected through an unchecked box on our web forms, is never a condition of submitting a form, and is recorded with the exact disclosure text shown at the time.

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity with us. Most recipients receive a small number of messages following an enquiry or a booking rather than a recurring series. Message and data rates may apply, according to the plan you hold with your mobile carrier.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out takes effect immediately and does not affect email from us, which carries its own unsubscribe link. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and customer data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Choices

You may access, update, or delete the data in your account directly through the platform, or by contacting us. Recipients of automated emails and texts sent through the platform can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or by replying STOP.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s Privacy

The platform is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
